Akhil Krishan Maggu is a practicing Advocate before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, High Courts pan India and Tax Tribunals. His expertise is a blend of litigation, advisory to the clients both domestic and international on compliance and regulatory issues and also hands on experience in various economic and corporate laws, Commercial disputes having cross border jurisdiction including arbitration, extradition cases, white collar crime etc. He regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India., High Courts, Tribunals Commissions and Regulatory Authorities.

Mr. Nishant Datta, a third-generation lawyer, was born in 1979 in New Delhi. He completed his schooling at Hansraj Model School, New Delhi in 1997 and attended Ramjas College, Delhi University to earn his Bachelor’s Degree B.Com (Hons) in 2000. He then completed his LL.B degree from the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, which he completed in 2003. Apart from this he also has a postgraduate diploma from the Indian Law Institute in IPR Laws. He joined the bar in 2003 and started practicing at the Delhi High Court, joining the family practice running for more than 50 years. His specialty has been litigation and arbitration with a special focus on cases on the Original Side of the High Court of Delhi as well as in commercial suits. He is currently running two separate firms having to focus on different practice areas under the wide genre of commercial laws essentially before the Supreme Court of India and the High Court of Delhi. 

He studied law at Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, Delhi University, and passed out in the year 2003. He enrolled at the Bar in the year 2003. He gained experience in various fields of law as a junior in the Chamber of Senior Advocates and law firms. 
Founded GlobInd Law Offices, a boutique law firm in the year 2010, practising in the areas of arbitration and commercial laws. 
Nitin is practising primarily at Delhi High Court. Have also appeared before the Supreme Court and Bombay High Court. 
He is a member of the Supreme Court Bar Association Since 2004.
