Nomination Process

1. Nomination Submission:

   • Nominations are open to lawyers, legal professionals, and legal community members.

   • Nomination is free of cost

   • The nomination doesn't guarantee an award.

   • A Company, Firm, or Organization cannot submit more than 3 nominations.

   • An Individual cannot submit more than 1 nomination.

2. Review by Jury:

   • The Jury will review nominations and their decision will be final and binding.

   • The result will be sent to each nominee by email from “Awards Committee" within 5 days of the nomination.

   • Those Nominees who qualify will move to the next step.

   • Nominees who do not qualify will gracefully step aside from the award race but can participate as delegates.

3. Awardee Confirmation: 

   • Selected Nominees will be attending the LexTalk World Conference 2024 to receive the Trophy/Plaque and due recognition on a Global Platform.

   • Conference participation will require to book an Awardee Pass at a sum of USD 800 + Taxes (INR 65000 + Taxes)

   • Selected Nominees will be known as “Awardees” and will be entitled to the below-mentioned benefits/services:

     1. Before Event:

        • Special mention in “The Jurisprudence” monthly e-magazine for Legal Community.

        • Opportunity to write an article for “The Jurisprudence” which is further promoted on social media and LexTalk’s official website.

     2. During Event:

        • Awardee announcement on stage and receiving the Trophy/Plaque.

        • Addressing the audience after receiving the Trophy/Plaque

        • VIP full event access with networking opportunities.

        • Your listing in the event show guide as an “Awardee”.

     3. After Event:

        • Listing on LexTalk’s official website as an “Awardee”

        • Social media announcements.

        • Mention in a special post-event edition of “The Jurisprudence”.

        • Receiving Certificate and Badge of Honor.

        • 1-year complimentary listing on GLA (Global Lawyer’s Association)
