Prior to McAfee, she was associate general counsel at Intel, leading a team of lawyers advising on commercial, competition and intellectual property issues. Rebeca García López is a partner at White & Case LLP, based in Mexico City. Antonio is a legal executive with over 15 years of experience in leading comprehensive legal functions within dynamic, highly regulated, and cross-border environments throughout Mexico and Latin America. He is recognized for his ability to enable digital innovation while upholding compliance, risk management, and regulatory alignment.
Currently, as Head of Legal Product & Commercial at Uber Mexico, Antonio leads legal product & commercial strategies for Uber’s most complex verticals in Mexico providing advice on products, strategic partnerships, and operational risk. He’s responsible for managing and developing a high-performing legal team in a fast-paced environment. His achievements at Uber include launching Uber products in multiple jurisdictions and championing legal process automation to enhance team efficiency. He also served as the local D&I Leader for UberAble Mexico, promoting inclusion.
Prior to Uber, Antonio held various legal roles at Daimler Mexico, where he advised across business units on commercial, litigation, and regulatory matters, led the implementation of data protection frameworks, dealership network relationships and oversaw the litigation portfolio.

Arthi Chakravarthy

Arthi Chakravarthy has served as our Chief Legal Officer since April 2023. Since 2009, she has served as a Board Member of Hospital for Hope India, a non-profit hospital in rural India, which she co-founded.
She has 20 years of experience as a business attorney for semiconductor and manufacturing companies. Prior to Enovix, Ms. Chakravarthy served as General Counsel of Lightning eMotors, a zero emissions commercial vehicle manufacturing company. From March 2019 to July 2021, she served as Deputy General Counsel of Micron Technology, Inc., a semiconductor company. Before Micron, she was Vice President, Commercial Legal Affairs at TiVo, Inc., a consumer hardware company. Ms. Chakravarthy began her career at law firms including Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati and Morrison & Foerster LLP.
Ms. Chakravarthy received a J.D. from Stanford Law School where she served as Editor of the Stanford Law Review. She has a B.A. in Human Biology with Honors from Stanford University.

Elias Orozco

Elias Orozco is a 30-year-old Mexican attorney and co-founder alongside his wife attorney Teresa De Unanue; of Contact Force, an international bilingual legal support company dedicated to helping law firms expand across the United States. Since launching the company over three years ago, Elias and his team have supported numerous law firms in scaling their operations efficiently through innovative technology and tailored services.
He is also a co-founder partner alongside attorney Teresa De Unanue Aspe at O.L.T. & Asociados, a law firm specializing in corporate services with a focus on entrepreneurs and small to mid-sized businesses.
A devoted husband, family man, and dog lover, Elias shares his life with three Siberian huskies, a beagle, and a pug. He enjoys playing pickleball and padel with his wife, walking his dogs, traveling, socializing with friends, watching The Office, and following Formula 1. An avid audiobook listener, he recommends You Can Heal Your Life by Louise Hay, and he also loves cooking, eating, and playing golf.
